Going Medical Group was founded by Yesenia and Casey Going with a shared vision: to build better general practice — for patients and for the people behind it.

With strong roots in the Toowoomba community, they saw an opportunity to bring modern systems, thoughtful leadership, and a more sustainable approach to healthcare.

Today, they continue to grow the group while staying true to what matters — great care, strong teams, and a personal touch.
